Product Vision
Linxoft’s product line is driven by the requirements defined by our customers for flexibility in their choice of business systems. Flexibility is our ‘Core Competency’. We define flexibility as the ability to model an organization’s business processes in the application’s:
- Data model
- User interface
- Workflow
Flexibility is critical for organizations looking to achieve:
- Unique business processes as a competitive differentiator
- Productivity through automation of standard workflow
- User adoption
- Regulatory compliance
We see flexibility as covering the following seven areas:
- A Rich User Experience – fully featured, powerful clients that are responsive, role-based, and intuitive
- Low Cost Flexibility – changes to your business mean you must change your software application. Mergers and acquisitions, new regulations, new products, business expansion, or new channels; your software application should be able to reflect these changes quickly and with minimal costs.
- Microsoft Office Integration – let the user choose the right tool for the right job – but information flow and processes must allow data to be used directly within MS Office, and MS Office functionality should be available directly from within the application.
- Choice of Deployment Model – a customer should be able to choose from options including on-premise, hosted, and on-demand models to suit their business requirements.
- Business Intelligence – should make data useful and present in the context of the user’s current activities.
- Integration ‘On-Demand’ – data and process integration as and when required by the user.
- Industry Applications – industry best-practices already built into the application and a flexible toolkit to make it do exactly what you need it to.
